We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Expert to join the Bizlyft Marketing team. In this role, you will strategize, design, and implement effective email campaigns tailored for D2C brands. Your expertise in tools like Klaviyo and ability to craft visually appealing, high-converting emails will be crucial in driving business growth.

The Work You’ll Do:

• Design and execute engaging email campaigns specifically for D2C brands.
• Develop persuasive email copy and visuals aligned with brand messaging.
• Utilize Klaviyo and other CRM platforms to automate email workflows and segmentation.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain good deliverability rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align goals and strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on D2C brands.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo and other email marketing automation tools.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and audience segmentation techniques.
