• Maintain employee records and support performance management processes.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and payroll.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
